Return policy

Condition of return

  • Products returned must be in original condition, packaging and all paperwork, parts and accessories.
  • Return damaged/defected/wrong products within 7 working days from the day of received products. Any return after this period are subject to approval.

 

Damaged or defective products

  • Get your order number(visit My Order History to retrieve the number)
  • Prepare detailed description of the damage/defect of your received products with picture. We use your feedback to improve.
  • Call our support team immediately between Mon-Sat 11am-8pm with order number and the damage description so that we could assist you return shipping fees.
  • Or simply email us your order number and the picture of the damage product and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


Cost of returning the goods
